Aligning resources to serve our students, employers and community...
CEED seeks to improve the college’s ability to serve our students, employers, and our community by partnering with other educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and businesses who have goals and objectives that overlap with those of the college. We seek opportunities to share resources and coordinate and align efforts with these partners and work to institutionalize these relationships so that the benefits are ongoing and increase over time.
Our efforts are focused on delivering sustained, measurable outcomes. We are committed to a program improvement process that sets goals, develops plans to meet those goals, allocates needed resources, and then measures, evaluates, and uses what is learned to inform the next cycle of the process.
CEED strives to improve the college’s capacity to serve students, employers and our community through innovation that is based on current research, upon best practices from institutions in education and other sectors, and is informed by broad consultation with stakeholders. We invest in design with the intent of improving the quality and quantity of services that can be delivered with sustainable funding streams.
CEED obtains the resources necessary to pursue the above strategies by aggressively seeking funds and in‐kind resources from outside sources, including grants from private and public sources, contracts, and fees.
