To order official transcripts

Fill out the form and return it to us in person at the Aptos Campus 100 Bldg, or to the Watsonville Center.

You can also fax it to (831) 479-5782, or mail it to the address provided on the form.

No transcripts will be furnished until all financial obligations to the college have been cleared. Log into WebAdvisor, click on "Make a Payment" to see and/or pay for your balance.

If there is a problem with your request, we will contact you by mail.

Each student is entitled to two free official transcripts. After that they cost $3 each. All "old records" (trancripts that include work completed at Cabrillo prior to 1983) cost $3.

Payments can be made by check, money order, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). If by credit card, please provide the credit card number, expiration date and a signature.

Avoid delays when transferring to another college or university: Send in your Transcript Request Form before the term ends and check the box to "Hold for Final Grades". As soon as you complete the semester, we will send the transcript to your next school. If you require certification (IGETC, GEN ED) please fill out the GE Certified Transcript Request Form. Please note that we cannot rush GE certified transcripts.

Do you need to request transcripts from other colleges? Our transcripts only show the work you have undertaken at Cabrillo. If you attended other colleges, make sure to request transcripts from them as well.

To ensure your privacy: You will need to show us a picture ID when picking up a transcript. If you want to pick up a transcript for someone else, please bring a signed note from them giving you permission, along with your own photo ID.

Unofficial Transcripts: We can print an unofficial transcript for you on the spot for free at Admissions and Records. An unofficial transcript shows your academic record at Cabrillo from 1982 to the present, but nothing prior to 1982. Alternately, you can print out your own course history using WebAdvisor.
