Request your transcripts online. We no longer accept in-person orders, but you can pick up transcripts in-person in Aptos or Watsonville. You may also use our lobby computers to place an order.

If you owe the college money, we will delay processing your order until you clear any outstanding balance. Log into WebAdvisor, click on "Pay on My Account" to view/pay any balance.

For assistance call (847) 716-3005, Mon-Thur 5am-5pm and Fri 5am-3pm. We can step you through the order process at no charge, or enter your order for an extra $10.

*Payable online by Credit or Debit card, or by money order.
**Business days. Same day processing is not available for "old records" prior to 1982. With same-day processing if your order is submitted and approved by 11am PST, we will put it in the mail or have it available for pickup by 2pm (Monday - Thursday only).
***Students are entitled to two (2) free transcripts from Cabrillo during their lifetime.

Do you need to request transcripts from other colleges? Our transcripts only show the work you have undertaken at Cabrillo. If you need official transcripts from another college, contact that college directly.

To ensure your privacy: You will need to show us a picture ID when picking up a transcript. If you want to pick up a transcript for someone else, please bring a signed note from them giving you permission, along with your own photo ID. Visit Student Records Privacy for more information. The note should say something to this effect: "I (student's full name) authorize (full name of person picking up the transcript) to receive my transcript on my behalf." Remember to sign and date your note.
