Effective immediately Cabrillo College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment verification certifications for our students through its Web-based Student Self-Service program. The Admissions & Records Office will no longer provide student enrollment verifications or process enrollment certification request forms.
Student Self-Service enables Cabrillo College students to print official enrollment verification certifications on demand via Web Advisor, at no charge.In addition to enrollment verification, you may also obtain a "Good Student Discount Certificate", and view enrollment information on file, student loan deferment notification, proofs of enrollment that NSC has provided others and student loan information.

Please note that the data provided is accurate as of our most recent submission to the NSC. Cabrillo provides monthly submission reports to the NSC.
Special Instructions for Loan Deferments
Once the semester begins, you can turn in your request to verify student status to defer your loan. Remember to:
- Submit your deferment form to the Admissions & Records Office
- Complete the student portion
- Make sure to give us the servicer's name and address
- Make a copy for your records--we will not return loan deferment forms to you
