It's Not Too Late. Apply for the California DREAM ACT.

The California DREAM Act Application allows AB540 and undocumented students to apply for state financial aid. This application is unrelated to the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Even if you missed the March 2nd priority deadline, you can still apply. It's never too late!

  • Under the Dream Act, no student's personal information is shared at the federal level. I encourage all eligible students to apply today for the Cal Grant, as well as other forms of state-funded financial aid, such as the Board of Governors Fee Waiver, that are available year-round. --- California Community Colleges Chancellor Eloy Ortiz Oakley, February 24, 2017.
