For those registering in the entire Personal Effectiveness Training Program, you'll be given FREE access to our upcoming webinar, "Creating a Gossip Free Workplace"

Creating a Gossip-Free Workplace
Let’s face it. We’re living in a society that’s fascinated, if not obsessed, with the private lives of other people. Do you sometimes feel you are dealing with a group of high-school students rather than a workforce made up of adults? Workplace gossip can create a host of problems, not only for the individual employees and volunteers involved but also for your organization as a whole. As an example, it can cause miscommunication or misunderstandings, which in turn can lead to missed deadlines, work errors, complaints, and unhappy clients and customers. Although you can’t completely eradicate it from the workplace, you can take steps to control and contain workplace gossipers. Using solid communication channels, providing training, and implementing workplace policies will help you turn the office grapevine into a positive tool for your organization.

This course is taught as a live, online webinar. Log-in information will be sent upon registration.

Date: Fri., October 17
Time: 10:30 - 11:30 am
