!Attention Students!

Beginning with the spring 2010 semester, the bus pass fee will increase to $75.00.

• Students registered for 6 units or more are eligible to purchase a Cabrillo bus pass.
• Students registered in less than 6 units can contact the Metro Transit District directly to purchase a monthly bus pass.

This increase is due to the combination of a rise in the fees charged to Cabrillo College by the Metro Transit District and the budget cuts imposed on the college by the state government. Cabrillo has subsidized the bus passes for many years. However, due to budget limitations the college can no longer subsidize at the previous rate.  An additional increase is projected for the fall 2010 semester in order to further reduce the Cabrillo subsidy.
