 Frequently Asked Questions - eForms Login/Activation Issues 
When trying to activate my account I get a "Cannot find you in the system" or "Your account does not exist" message.

The most common reasons for this error message are usually either the name and/or birthday you entered on the activation page does not match what the school has in it's system or you do not have a current application for admission with the college.

You can check the name we have in the system for you on the 'My Profile' page in WebAdvisor .

If you have not completed an application for admission within the last year, please do so at cabrillo.edu/services/ar/apply-us.html and try activating your eFORMS account again four business days after submitting your appilcation for admission.

When trying to login I get a "Username Incorrect" message
The most common reasons for this error message are usually either your account needs to be activated/reactivated or you are so new you have yet to be uploaded into the system. Try activating/reactivating your account by following the login instructions in the blue box on eFORMS login page. If you are still unable to activate your account or access eForms, submit form below.

 Frequently Asked Questions - eForms Other Issues 
Financial Aid Contract form 'Submit' button greyed out or not working.
You must click on both the SAP Policy and Quick Guide orange buttons in the form before the 'Submit' button will be activated. A common mistake is that students are clicking the documents in the Library Reference section instead of the buttons in the form. If you have done this and it still isn't working, try leaving both documents open. If that doesn't work then we recommend trying another browser. If it still isn't working, contact us.
Final Review done is 'Missing' but I cannot find the eform.
This is not an eform. This is the status of your file. It means you are on Step 5 of the processing timeline. Your file is in the process of being reviewed. Once 'Final Review done' is 'Received' you are on Step 7 of the timeline.
I am trying to submit an attachment with my eform but it will not accept it. Can I email my attachment?

Yes. If you are having problems submitting an attachment with your eform, you can always submit the eform without the attachment and send us the attachment separately in an email. Please make sure to include your name (and student name if parent), student ID number and what documentation you are submitting in your email.

When I go to eforms I just get a white page with a purple logo.

This generally happens if eforms was not closed by clicking on the "logout" link next to your name. For example; your browser crashed or you clicked on the red x to close out of eforms. Close out of your browser completely, then go back in. If that doesn't work clear your cache, close your browser, then go back in.

I have submitted my eforms but they are still showing as 'Missing' in WebAdvisor.
Please allow at least two business days from when you submit your forms for them to show as 'Received' in WebAdvisor. If you can see the eforms in either your yellow folder with the red checkmark or your plain yellow folder then they have successfully been submitted and we have received them, they just have not been posted to WebAdvisor yet. If they have not posted within three business days, please contact our office.
The form isn't working. I can only see the first question and/or the form is telling me to complete required fields and I don't see any other fields to complete.

Your browser is not allowing the java script to work. This is most likely due to your security settings or the version of the browser you are using. The easiest way to get around this is use a different browser instead (i.e. If you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox and vice versa). If switching browsers does not work, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of the browser you are using and/or add https:\\eforms.cabrillo.edu as a trusted site to your security settings.

I don't see any of the financial aid forms in my library and/or the only form I see is a General Scholarship form.
This happens when we receive your financial aid application after your application for admission. Just complete the help form below. It is usually resolved within 1-2 business days.
