Teacher Pathway Program

Who We Are

The Teacher Pathway Program Cohort at the Watsonville Center guides and supports students to complete two years at Cabrillo and transfer to California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB). TPP can help you complete both a B.A. in Liberal Studies AND an Elementary Teaching Credential in just two years! CSUMB also offers Special Education, Bilingual Education, and Single Subject credentials.

Teacher Shortage in California

There is high demand for kindergarten through eighth (K-8) grade and high school teachers in the Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey counties due to a statewide teacher shortage. Our students need you in the schools! Shape the future by entering the teaching profession - we are paving the way to your credential!
