Spring 2024 Office Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8:00am- 5pm in person

Friday: 8:00am- 12:00pm

Zoom hours: Mondays 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

The Center is closed on the following days for Spring 2024:

MLK, Jr. Day: January 15, 2024

Training: January 18, 2024 (10-12 pm)

Presidents Holiday: February 16-19, 2024

Equity Training: March 1, 2024 (8-12:30 pm)

Spring Break Comp Day: March 29, 2024

Cesar Chavez Day: April 1, 2024

Equity Training: April 17, 2024 (12-5pm)

Training: May 9th, 2024

Memorial Day: May 27, 2024

General Services Provided:
- Help with the CCCApply application
- Registration support & printouts
- Vendor Requests
- Access to DIY computer stations
- Make in-person payments
- Uploading documents to MyVerify
- Free Speech space reservations

The Welcome Center is a full-service center dedicated to assisting students and the community by providing information and front counter support for the offices of Admissions & Records; Financial Aid; Student Accounts and Student Life.
