Getting Started at ASC
To get started at ASC, use the following steps.
Step 1: Apply for Services
Students interested in receiving accommodations and services can:
Complete an ASC Application at MyASC
After submitting an ASC application, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your upcoming new student intake appointment with an ASC counselor.
Step 2: Determine Eligibility
If you don't have medical or mental health records or if you have never been diagnosed with a disability, but are struggling with academic success, we would still love to talk with you! Contact the ASC for a consultation with a counselor or Learning Disabilities Specialist to determine if you are eligible for services or assessment.
OR
If you have disability verification, you can upload your records in MyASC Portal after completing the online ASC application.

IEP or 504 plan from high school
ASC Disability Verification Form
Psychological/Psychoeducational report
A letter of diagnosis from a medical provider or licensed clinician (e.g., doctor or therapist)
