Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management
Program Overview
Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (CAHM) provides students with culinary food preparation and service skills and food service management training, as well as many other industry opportunities. We have a diverse staff of experts in their field who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and launching the passions and careers of students from all backgrounds.
This is a suggested sequence of coursework and is one pathway for students to earn their degree/certificate. This is not an official educational plan.
