The importance of Career Education programs is more clear now than ever before. The local, state, and national economies rely on a well-trained and skilled workforce and Career Education programs are uniquely situated to fill that need.

To ensure that Cabrillo College has programs that are preparing students to enter the workforce, it is essential that we work in close collaboration with business and community partners to ensure that the content of all programs is aligned with the needs of industry. We accomplish this with every program having Advisory Committees to serve as a link between the industry and the program.
