“Not only did this experience allow me to expand and further polish my customer service skills (such as developing great communication skills between coworkers and serving students) but it also offered me the opportunity to learn to overcome work obstacles. In my future aspirations I am not always in control of situations, as a result, it is a great value to understand that I will need to adapt to new situations in order to offer successful help to clients/customers/patients.”
