THESE ARE THE GENERAL DEADLINES FOR DH STUDENTS ENTERING INTO THE PROGRAM SUMMER/FALL: please contact the Clinical Compliance Coordinator for specific deadlines

Spring before entry: Attend Clinical Compliance Session

Before June 21st: Your account should be complete and compliant by this date.

Drug Screen and Clinical Orientation Modules: due between June 6th and June 21st

Between August and October 1: Obtain a seasonal flu shot. Must be obtained before October 1st of each year.

Remember that is is entirely your responsibility to maintain compliance and communicate appropriately with the clinical compliance coordinator regarding compliance issues.

Students named as alternates please do not complete the following until officially accepted by your program:

• Compliance Fee
• Background Check
• Drug Screen
• COMs
