Get off to a strong start!

Welcome to Cabrillo College!

Academic counselors are excited to assist you plan your classes and answer any questions you may have.

To prepare, here are a few things you need to do prior to meeting with an Academic Counselor:

  1. Submit an application for the semester you plan to begin. Your Cabrillo Student ID# will be emailed to you.

  2. If you have other transcripts, send them to Admissions & Records. It's important that counselor review any high school, AP, IB, CLEP, military or other college transcripts in order to integrate completed coursework into your current educational plan.

  3. Complete the Placement eForm and review your course options for English, English as a Second Language and math. Make note of your selections.

  4. Complete the Orientation eForm

  5. Review Education Plan Workshop materials or attend an Education Plan Workshop (coming soon!). Familiarize yourself with the Student Planning tool.
