Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management
Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (CAHM) provides you with culinary food preparation and service skills, food service management training, as well as many other industry opportunities.
We have a diverse staff of experts in their field who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and launching the passions and careers of students from all backgrounds.
We offer one degree and eight certificates concentrated in three different programs: Culinary, Wine, and Baking. There is also a Functional Nutrition certificate related to CAHM.
Why CAHM
Students get involved with CAHM to learn particular skills for a job or career path, but leave with a much wider view on what they can learn and accomplish in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. From World Wines to Chocolate, our classes are built to familiarize you with all the basics of your new field.
Pino Alto Restaurant & Catering
Pino Alto Restaurant & Catering is located on the Cabrillo College campus inside the historic Sesnon House, housing and serving a refined and relaxed dining experience. Importantly, this student-run restaurant and catering operation provide hands-on training in the real world. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare high quality meals and participate in food service management.
