Our Associates of Science Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management will help you qualify for management level jobs in the future. Many of Cabrillo College’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management classes transfer to other California university level schools should your path require a Bachelor or higher-level degrees. 60 units.

Our 16-hour Basic Kitchen Skills Certificate of Completion is a non credit certificate designed to provide you with skills for greater employability in the culinary arts workforce.

Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Certificate of Achievement

Our 36-credits Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Certificate of Achievement will give you an opportunity to get hands-on experience and on-the-job confidence by going through the same processes as professional culinary and hospitality managers.

Entry Level Baking Certificate of Achievement

Our 16-credits Entry Level Baking Certificate of Achievement will provide you with a solid foundation of baking skills necessary for entry level work in bakeries and pastry kitchens.

Entry Level Catering Certificate of Achievement

Our 16-19-credits Entry Level Catering Certificate of Achievement is designed to prepare you for employment as entry level banquet cooks, banquet servers, and event coordinators.

Entry Level Cook Certificate of Achievement

Our 16-credits Entry Level Cook Certificate of Achievement provides you with the basic culinary skills in food preparation and service, advanced a la carte dining, and buffet food productions, as well as food service management training for the industry.

Our 46-hours Food Presentation and Photography Certificate of Completion is a non credit certificate designed to prepare you for working with food presentation in catering, front case displays, and online marketing.
