Judy has a career defined by empowering individuals to grow, learn, and achieve their dreams through creating and coordinating programs and services that foster connection and opportunity across Santa Cruz County. With experience in education, healthcare, public libraries, and nonprofits, she’s developed a unique approach to community engagement that focuses on building from people’s strengths. As Cabrillo’s Work-Based Learning Coordinator, Judy supports students and employers in completing apprenticeships that empower them for future success.

Judy holds a M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
