With close to 20 years of experience in the first responder industry. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology and am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I bring extensive operational, training, and leadership experience, which allows me to guide cadets in developing the skills, judgment, and professionalism required for success in the field.

I work closely with cadets to help them achieve their goals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the program, and continuing to offer professional support as they advance in their careers.
