Before having the privilege to join Business Faculty Team at Cabrillo, I have the opportunity to lead business operations in the food service industry for more than 30 years. I started as an entrepreneur, opening a successful bakery business chain back in Peru and then, opening a thriving business restaurant in California. I did also work as business manager for a successful American Food Chain. In addition, I had the opportunity to gladly collaborate with Indiana University Global Business Pilot Program in Athens and be part of a business consultant team for a Greek small business.
I am a professional that has been recognized for having great interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and leadership skills on overseeing cross functional operations including production, purchasing, marketing and warehousing.
