They identify and utilize various job search and professional networking platforms and prepare to apply and interview for jobs and internships. The Foundations of Teamwork Certificate of Completion
The Foundations of Teamwork Certificate of Completion is a noncredit certificate designed to support students in identifying academic and professional skills that lead to college success and workforce preparation in a team or group setting. Skills explored include developing self-discipline, group communication, and working in teams with individuals of different learning/working styles. The program introduces self-management theory and skills for effective goal setting and explores personal behaviors, such as follow through or resilience and persistence, which can facilitate success in college and workplace settings.
