Biological Hazard First Responder Protocol

After research and discussion regarding coordinated multi-disciplinary procedures for the first responses to a broad range of bio-terrorism hazards, these basic protocols were agreed upon by County and municipal law enforcement, fire, medical and environmental agencies.
