1. After a long period of time in one position, you should STAND UP AND STRETCH.

2. ROLL YOUR SHOULDERS FORWARD AND BACKWARD SLOWLY.

3. MOVE YOUR NECK UP AND DOWN SLOWLY.

4. MOVE YOUR CHIN FROM SHOULDER TO SHOULDER.

5. DANGLE YOUR ARMS AT YOUR SIDES AND GENTLY SHAKE YOUR HANDS. MAKE A FIST AND RELAX.

6. TAKE YOUR SCHEDULED BREAKS AND ALTERNATE TASKS. This helps to break-up the monotony.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

7. MAKE SURE YOUR COMPUTER, KEYBOARD AND DOCUMENT ARE SET-UP DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU.
