An employee may report a Workplace Violence incident through any of the following means:

1. By calling the District's 24/7 workplace violence incident reporting line:

   Employer Name: Cabrillo Community College District

2. By reporting to any manager or supervisor verbally or in writing

3. By reporting to the Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (one the position is filled) or another Safety Committee member

4. By reporting to a Designated Representative (such as a labor union rep), who will facilitate a report to the District. The District will respond to the report after it receives the report from the Designated Representative.
