Our program offers essential training focused on the health, well-being, and success of our students. The degree and certificates offered provide students with the skills needed for today's in demand jobs in the expanding health care industry.
We encourage those of you working toward a degree to add our Fundamentals in Sports Medicine certificate, Personal Training certificate,and Coaching certificate by taking just a few courses. The investment of time in those few courses will pay off in the future.

Associate of Arts - Transfer Degree
This degree is intended for students who plan to complete a bachelor's degree in a similar major at a CSU campus. Students completing these degrees are guaranteed admission to the CSU system, but not to a particular campus or major.
A bachelor's degree can start you on your educational journey to well-paying jobs in physical therapy, personal training, and more.
This degree requires completion of 60 units.

Personal Trainer Certificate of Achievement
A certified personal trainer will have the opportunity to obtain employment in the fitness industry in fitness centers, parks and recreation, educational settings, private businesses and corporations.

Coaching Certificate of Achievement
The Coaching Certificate of Achievement is for students who would like to build a foundation and understanding of coaching practices and techniques. This certificate is designed to provide a foundation for students aspiring to enter the workforce as coaches in entry level jobs at the college, high school, junior high school, middle school, elementary school, and/or community youth organizations (such as little league) or to continue to an associate’s degree.
