The proposed project consists of modernization of the existing B100 Building. Demolition of existing walls, two new accessibility compliant gender neutral restrooms. Renovation of the existing women’s restroom, creation of two new offices and a small storage room. Furring out of existing slumpstone walls and new acoustical drop ceiling. Updates to lighting.

Project estimate; $950,000.00.
