9:30am: Welcome Event in The Amphitheater
Use the crosswalk at the intersection of Cabrillo College Drive and Soquel. Walk up the stairs, turn right to gather in the Amphitheater for our Welcome Event. From there, we’ll divide into groups for campus activities.
Outline for the Day
9:30am: Welcome in the Amphitheater
10 - 11:15am: Break into groups:
Group 1: For those who have not yet registered: go to assigned classroom to select classes and get registered
Group 2: For those who have registered: stay in the Amphitheater for Freshman Connections
11:15: Get to know Cabrillo
Group 1: Explore the Resource Fair
Group 2: Take a Campus Tour
12pm Lunch in the Amphitheater
12:45pm: Get to know Cabrillo
Group 1: Take a Campus Tour
Group 2: Explore the Resource Fair
1:30 Wrap-up and walk back to Parking Lot L
1:45 Depart

Free Parking for Seahawk Prep Day
Park in LOT L on lower campus. No parking permit needed nor will you be ticketed as long as you park in this designated lot.
Please be aware: if you park in another lot, you will need to buy a $4.00 daily permit at one of the self-service vending kiosks using a credit/debit card. This permit is for student parking spaces only, it does not include designated staff spaces. Vehicles without a parking permit are subject to ticketing; vehicles parked in staff spaces are subject to ticketing. We cannot forgive parking tickets.
