The Title IX team receives and responds to reports of gender-based discrimination and sexual misconduct involving any member of the campus community (students, staff, faculty, and campus guests). The Title IX team can also offer information about legal assistance, visa/immigration assistance, and student financial aid considerations for those who have experienced sexual misconduct or gender-based discrimination. Title IX is a neutral office committed to safety, fairness, trauma-informed practices, and due process.
The Title IX Coordinator receives and responds to reports of gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment or sexual violence.
The Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations oversees the Title IX Coordinator and all investigations of harassment and discrimination at the College.
