Cabrillo College is excited to celebrate the diverse cultures represented on our campus! We are pleased to invite student volunteers to deliver the brief welcome message in a language of their choice during the graduation ceremony, by applying using this Graduation Welcome/Greeting Sign Up Form. Selected students will be invited to come to the stage, say their short greeting, and then return to sit with their peers in the front row for the remainder of the ceremony.

You will NEED to submit your petition to participate in graduation by April 9th with an academic counselor. If you plan on participating in the ceremony and you're a Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 graduate - you will need to complete your petition by this deadline to be able to participate in the ceremony.

If you are a transfer student, please complete Transfer Confirmation Form the so that we can make sure you're noted in the program appropriately.

If you have completed your petition to graduate (DATE TBD), you will receive an email from graduation@cabrillo.edu with a google form to complete along with a link to the graduation list where you can submit for edits if needed. You will receive this email on or about (DATE TBD). If you don't receive it, and believe you should have you can reach out to graduation@cabrillo.edu AFTER (DATE TBD).

A cap & gown in Cabrillo blue are required to participate in the graduation ceremony, please complete your orders by the deadline using this Graduation Regalia Website. The site will close on April 26th, 2026 at 9PM PST, so if you miss it and want to participate in the ceremony you will need to find an alternative. The Cabrillo Blue color is in the image above for your reference.

You can complete this (FORM PENDING) if you'd like to get a gown loan, please note that the sizes are limited & we cannot guarantee that you will receive the size you requested depending on when your request is submitted. We also ask that if you choose to purchase a gown, you notify us so we can remove you from the list, and give the gown to another student that needs it.

Please come out & let us celebrate you! We will have programs handing out regalia, we will be giving out food to graduate/transfer students, tables with decorating stations, and grad gown loan pick ups as well all in the SAC Plaza (right outside of the Welcome Center)! email graduation@cabrillo.edu if you have questions about the event.

Please complete ASC Request for Accommodations in order to be counted & scheduled for accommodations for the day of the ceremony. We will prioritize students, and then we can assist with your families as time permits.

The ceremony will be held in Carl Conely Stadium at 6500 Soquel Drive, Aptos CA 95003

STUDENTS LINE UP AND WALK TO THE FIELD AT 3:15PM

GATES CLOSED (STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE FIELD) AT 3:45PM

STUDENTS ARE SEATED BY 4pm, CEREMONY WILL BEGIN AT 4PM
