Students will need to at the Gym (Adobe Palace) at 2PM to check in
The ceremony is held in the Carl Conely Stadium

- May 21st, 2024Deadline to RSVP to Participate in the Ceremony
Please use this link to RSVP to participate in the graduation ceremony in order to reserve your seat.
We ask that you complete this as soon as possible, so we can make sure we guarantee your seat.
- May 15th, 2024Deadline to Request Gown & Cap Loans
This is the deadline to fill out the gown loan request form, and deadline email to request a cap. Please complete the form to make sure that we have your gown selection and cap available for you on our predetermined pick up dates.
- April 29th, 2024Cap & Gown Order Deadline
Cap & Gown are required for the graduation ceremony, you will need to purchase the Cabrillo Blue for both.
You can use the link above to purchase until April 29th, 2024 - then the site will be closed to ship things out
Please note: the bookstore will not be taking orders for cap & gown for the commencement ceremony, so you will need to place your order before April 29th, 2024 at 9PM through the button above.
