Project will consist of but no limited to complete existing roof tear off, replacement of existing roof system with Garland supplied roofing products. B1100 roofing composition and miscellaneous roofing materials to be provided by contractor. Includes 3 Alternates.

We will have the Pre-Bid Conference in the Purchasing Office, then walk to BLDG 1100 & Bldg Vapa 1000 (alternate).
After reviewing Bldg 1100 & Vapa 1000 we will travel to Watsonville to review Bldgs A & B.

Installation of a new sprung dance floor, and reconfiguration of dance studio.
B24-04 Children's Center Upgrades
Project Description for Bldg 1500 Children's Center Upgrades:
The proposed project consists of a demolition of the existing play structures, perimeter fence, and partition fences. Scope of work consists of but is not limited to:
Installation of new perimeter fence, partition fences, gates, viewing area for staff. Upgrades to one drinking fountain, one ADA path of travel, staff/student restroom ADA upgrades and hardscape upgrades for installation of new district provided playground equipment.
Installation of playground equipment to be done by district.

B24-03 Bldg 600 Room 607 Fume Hood Upgrade
Project Description:
This project involves mechanical upgrades to ensure proper ventilation of the existing Fume Hoods in classroom 607.
This project has been awarded to: Kinetics Mechanical Service, Inc.
B24-02 Water Tank Relining and Repairs
This project involves the structural condition rehabilitation of an existing potable water storage tank.
Upgrades consist of restoring the existing roof rafters that exhibit significant section loss due to corrosion, and installing a flush cleanout and catch basin.
