Academic Counseling
Academic counselors guide you through academic planning, goal-setting, career exploration, and transfer.
Accessibility Support Center (ASC)
The Accessibility Support Center (ASC) provides services, accommodations, and academic support for students with disabilities and learning differences at Cabrillo College.
Admissions and Records (A&R)
Admissions and Records is responsible for intake and maintenance of all student records. Our team is here to support you with every step of the enrollment process. We can assist with registration, degree petitions/certifications, prerequisite clearances, transcript equivalencies, Etrieve forms, residency verifications, and transcript orders. We are here to help!
CalWORKs
California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids is a state funded program that provides support to low-income individuals with dependent children who are receiving county assistance.
Cabrillo Advancement Program
The Cabrillo Advancement Program (CAP) is designed to increase the academic success of low-income students now enrolled in local schools and awards college scholarships to sixth graders.
Dual Enrollment
Dual enrollment enables students (K-12th grade) or adult students in a GED/Adult School high school completion program to take college courses. These courses can be available in person at both Cabrillo campuses, at a high school, and online.
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS)/Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE)
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) provides financial, counseling, and academic support services for full-time Cabrillo students who are disproportionately impacted by structural inequalities. Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) assists in linking education, job training, and supportive services for single parents.
Financial Aid
Find out more about the many ways to pay for college, including fee waivers and campus based aid, grants, loans, scholarships, and Work-Study opportunities.
Foster Youth Programs
Guardian Scholars/NextUp are holistic support programs for students who have had experience in the foster care system and are working towards earning a degree, certificate, or preparing to transfer to a 4 year university.
International Student Programs

Juvenile Justice Program
For justice impacted youth seeking educational access, success, and equity with a focus on dual enrollment.
Learning Communities
Cabrillo College Learning Communities are cohort-based programs offering exciting experiences and vital holistic support to help you achieve your academic goals. While each program is unique, standard features include instructional and student support services, critical courses that meet program requirements, and referrals to campus resources to help you be successful. Nourishment and Essential Supports Team (The Nest)
Your one-stop shop for essential needs support in Aptos and Watsonville. Our mission is to ensure that every student facing essential needs challenges get the assistance they need to reach their goals at Cabrillo College.
Orientation
Completing student orientation activities will help you get started at Cabrillo, clarify your path and get you one step closer to earning an earlier registration date.
Outreach and Recruitment
We are here to support incoming students with getting started! We host tours at both campuses, presentations about programs, and application workshops for prospective students/schools.
Rising Scholars Program
Providing support to justice-impacted students by providing student supports with the goal of removing barriers and building community with our students.
Student Equity and Success
Visit the Division Office of Student Equity and Success to learn about our equity programs, connect with the Cabrillo Rainbow Council (supporting and celebrating our LGBTQIA2S+ students and community), and explore our new Multicultural Student Center, located in the Lower SAC East Building.
Student Health Services
The mission is to support your wellness. We provide in-person and virtual appointments when school is in session. Health Services include first aid, direct medical services for acute illnesses and injuries, personal and group counseling appointments, testing and treatments, routine immunizations, physical examinations, wellness counseling and education, referrals to appropriate community medical resources, health education materials and classes, wellness workshops, and much more.
Dream Resource Program
The DREAM Resource Program provides on-campus information and community resources that support the academic, social, and psychological success of students who are aspiring citizens.
Student Life
Get involved! There's always something happening on campus - from sporting events and clubs to Student Senate meetings, arts and performance events, and much more.
Student Support Care Team (SSCT)
The Cabrillo College Student Support Care Team (SSCT) utilizes a coordinated approach to student support and care, and behavioral intervention and threat assessment to address various support needs as well as concerning behaviors exhibited by students
Transfer Services
Cabrillo College is an excellent place to begin your academic journey! Courses taken here can meet the same requirements of colleges and universities throughout California and beyond! These pathways will help support many common journeys and remember, Academic Counselors are always happy to assist you with your individual transfer plans, no matter where you'd like to go.
Veterans Information Center
The Veteran Information Center at Cabrillo College is honored to serve our veterans. We support all military service members, regardless of your type of discharge, with services, resources, and information.
Watsonville Center
The Watsonville Center gives residents of Pajaro Valley the opportunity to pursue a college education close to home and work. We offer a full list of college transfer courses, non-credit courses in ESL and math, skills certificates, as well as specialized career offerings in EMT and Fire Technology, Construction Energy Management, and Early Childhood Education. We also offer the support services you need to be a successful student.
